Our Founder + Lead Instructor
After 12 years of coaching collegiate athletes and 5 years as a certified yoga instructor, Karen Shaddock returned home with a vision: to create a space where movement is intentional, empowering, and accessible to every body.
K Body Pilates was born from the belief that fitness should be more than a workout—it should be a community. It’s a place where clients feel supported, encouraged, and seen as they build strength, confidence, and connection through movement.
