Featured Class: Core Essentials

Core Essentials is a Reformer-based class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and align your entire body. Perfect for beginners and seasoned movers alike, this class focuses on building a strong foundation through intentional, mindful movement that challenges your core and supports overall strength and stability.

Single Drop-In Class

  • 50 minutes – one-time class to experience K Body’s core Pilates method.

  • $30 per class

  • Access to any available Core Essentials class. Perfect for newcomers or those dropping in on occasion.

  • Easily book through our online schedule or app—no commitment required.

Monthly Memberships

  • Ongoing, billed monthly. Flexible options to fit your schedule and goals.

  • Flex – 2 Classes/wk – $92/mo
    Core – 4 Classes/wk – $179/mo
    Unlimited – 1 Class/day – $199/mo

  • Priority booking, members-only perks, and access to exclusive events.

  • Easily upgrade, pause, or cancel with 14 days’ notice.

Private Sessions

  • 50 minutes – one-on-one session with Karen or a K Body instructor.

  • $75 per private session
    $50 per person for small groups (up to 4 participants)

  • Personalized instruction, goal-setting, and a tailored workout just for you.

  • Available by appointment only—contact us directly or request a session via our app.

 FAQs

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed for every body and every level. Your instructor will guide you through modifications and adjustments so you feel confident and supported from your very first session.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene—we sell them in the studio if you need a pair. We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. We provide all equipment, so just bring yourself and some water!

  • You can book directly through our K Body app or by clicking “View Class Schedule” on our website. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as class sizes are intentionally small for a more personalized experience.

  • We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as space is limited and we want to ensure everyone has the chance to move with us.

  • Yes! Coming soon! We will have private and semi-private sessions are available for clients who prefer one-on-one instruction or a more customized experience. You can book these directly through our app or by contacting us.

  • Absolutely! We recommend starting with a single class or an introductory package so you can experience the studio before deciding which membership is right for you.
