CANCELATION + MEMBERSHIP PAUSE POLICY

Cancelation Policy

At K Body, every spot in class matters — for you, for your instructors, and for the community we’re building together. To keep things fair and give everyone a chance to move with us, please review our cancellation policy:

  • No-Shows: If you miss a reserved class without canceling, a $30 fee (our current drop-in rate) will apply. The class will also count toward your class bundle or weekly membership limit.

  • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled class, a $15 fee will apply. This class will also count toward your class bundle or weekly membership limit.

We know life gets busy, so if something comes up, please cancel as early as possible so another member can enjoy your spot. Thank you for helping us keep our community strong, supportive, and fair for everyone.


Membership Pause Policy

At K Body, memberships are designed to provide consistent access to your reserved weekly class allotment and help maintain a sustainable schedule for all members. Because memberships are based on the number of classes offered each week and our memberships are currently at capacity, they are not intended to function as flexible class packs or pay-as-you-go options.

Membership pauses may be approved for:

  • Medical reasons/injury

  • Extended travel or life circumstances lasting 3 weeks or longer

  • Other situations approved by management

Please note:

  • Memberships will not be paused for vacations or short trips under 3 weeks.

  • Missed weekly classes do not roll over into future weeks due to travel or time away.

  • Members may not “make up” missed classes from one week during another week.

Our memberships are structured around a set number of spots available in classes each week. Allowing members to carry unused classes into additional weeks would exceed the number of spots our schedule and membership structure are built to support. Simply put, if everyone used extra classes in future weeks, the numbers would no longer work fairly or sustainably for the membership community.

Additionally:

  • If your membership is paused, we are unable to manually add you into classes before your pause period ends.

  • While your membership is paused, your booking access will remain paused as well.

  • Once your pause ends, you may begin booking again based on current availability and your membership booking window.

  • Due to high demand and limited spots, class availability cannot be guaranteed immediately upon return from a pause.

We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to maintain fairness, consistency, and access for all members while keeping K Body running smoothly for the entire community.
