 FAQs

  • Not at all! Our classes are designed for every body and every level. Your instructor will guide you through modifications and adjustments so you feel confident and supported from your very first session.

  • Grip socks are required for safety and hygiene—we sell them in the studio if you need a pair. We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. We provide all equipment, so just bring yourself and some water!

  • You can book directly through our K Body app or by clicking “View Class Schedule” on our website. We recommend reserving your spot in advance, as class sizes are intentionally small for a more personalized experience.

  • We kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a class. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, as space is limited and we want to ensure everyone has the chance to move with us.

  • Yes! Coming soon! We will have private and semi-private sessions are available for clients who prefer one-on-one instruction or a more customized experience. You can book these directly through our app or by contacting us.

  • Absolutely! We recommend starting with a single class or an introductory package so you can experience the studio before deciding which membership is right for you.

  • We offer flexible membership options so you can find what fits your schedule best. From drop-in passes to monthly memberships, there’s something for every lifestyle. All membership details can be found on our Classes page.
