What drew you to want to teach Pilates and what drew you to K Body?

I have always loved group work out classes, specifically reformer based work outs! I've considered teaching in the past, but was more focused on my career as a nurse practitioner. Recently, I stepped back from working full time, spending more time at home with my daughters. Working at K Body felt like the perfect opportunity to personally challenge myself and become more involved in the community.

Do you gravitate more toward slow, intentional flows? High-energy strength work? A little bit of both?

A mixture of both! Classical Pilates with added variations for more strengthening work outs.

  • I am originally from North Dakota, and moved to the area for my husband's residency. We have two daughters, Linden and Georgia. I love laughing as much as possible, reality TV, spending time with friends, and traveling.
